Policies and agreement

To rent a car, a valid driver's license is required, issued by the government. International renters may need an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their local license.

All rentals include basic insurance coverage, with options for additional protection. Terms vary by vehicle and rental plan.

We accept major credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and select digital wallets. Full payment is required before pickup.

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late changes may incur fees depending on the rental plan.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Pets are allowed in carriers only and must not damage the interior.
